@crumbles Even when there have been close to 200 people on the daggers page, I've still been able to collect without any connection issues. Ah well. I'll just give it a rest for now and pray I can get enough.

I wouldn't be that disappointed about this bug if it weren't for the fact we get 0 compensation since this wasn't our fault as the players! Other big companies and online games, even the P2W ones, send compensation "sorry" gifts to the players if annoying bugs occur and mess everything up!

For this gosh darn bug, I'd expect either a compensation gift of 60+ hourglasses which I could have achieved in the time eaten by the bug, or an extension of the time alloted to the paladin hourglasses that covers the time in which we couldn't do anything!

Don't talk about 0 compensation, usualy when there is problems like that, that is not from the users, we get compensation like more days for the quest. The two first days the bug wasn't that long. So it's probable we get a half day or a complet day more for the paladin.

Ah, I meant it this way: the site shows maybe 150-200 players, but in reality there are way more. And so they get randomly „kicked out“ (that „connecting“ message shows or clicks don’t count). Of course loads of them try to reconnect by reloading the page and that results in more lag and connection issues.
I have no proof for that, it’s just the theory that makes sense to me.
