This is the first time this has happened to me and a game / graphic isn't loading at all. Gothilucky works and I didn't change my browser or settings. I even tried with Opera to see if that makes a difference, but that didn't help.

Any hints what else I can do? I've always used Firefox. I already cleared the cache and did all the small remedies I can think of, but the lands tournament page simply won't load. js is enabled.

Excuse me, I'd like to report a bug! I had some problems with my internet connection and instead of resetting the game when I went out of moves, the site refused to do that forcing me to start a new game for another 20% energy, meaning that my previous 20% of energy was wasted for nothing as I couldn't complete my mahjong game! I would like a refund of that 20% energy since it's not my fault that your game is faulty! It shouldn't force you to start a new game and take new energy as long as the previous game in progress wasn't finished!

when you have a problem with your connection and this impacts the game you're on (mah-jong or puzzle) try to reload the page before launching a new game. I had connection problems a few days ago, and just reloading the page helped my puzzle to validate itself after a freeze.

I didn't think I've seen all the sceneries yet but I've been getting this message for the past few hours "No available puzzle found."

So sad

(they're working again, but who knows maybe I did burnt through all the available puzzles and/or it just needed a chance to reset itself)
