In great Britain and Ireland, we would usually say : today is 14/03/2019 I realise that America and other countries may differ, as I am not familiar with them though ... I am not sure that my post is relevant! Lol
In France we use day/month/year too, while in the US they use month/day/year, I guess that's why this format was chosen for the international clock. I don't know how many countries use each format, though.

I’ve noticed quite a few translation issues the moment I signed up today, but otherwise this looks like a really cute game! I’m hoping that It might even help me learn a little more French, since I’ve been learning it at school for a few years.
