Just confirming what's been posted already: Banners say the quest is no longer available, and the Games tab is completely empty. In case anyone finds this useful, the actual page for the Halloween event is:

It appears to still be there.

I just clicked a banner and got some candies (and finally unlocked the last of the gifts to see everything, lol)
Perhaps they have fixed it?
